I am seeking a full-time or contract position. I am an experienced senior designer/technician and have been involved in all aspects of architectural work from concept to completion on a wide variety of projects ranging from residential to large scale commercial.

I have extensive experience with design, documentation, specification writing, resource management and building consent approvals, tendering, contract administration, site observation and have experience liaising directly with clients, councils, consultants and contractors. I have a very good understanding and knowledge of the NZ Building Act, Building Code and relevant standards, and have very good construction detailing and problem solving capabilities.

I am proficient with Archicad up to version 13 for 3D modeling and full documentation. I am able to use both Mac and MS operating systems.
